Delayed Deposit Service License Renewal

DDS businesses that have a license to operate within Nebraska must renew their licenses annually by May 1.
To renew a Delayed Deposit Services business license, an applicant must submit:
- a complete Delayed Deposit Services Business License Renewal Application (no unanswered questions)
DDS License Renewal Application - Editable PDF
- a current financial statement, including a balance sheet and income and expense statement
- a complete and signed "Request for Criminal History Information" form for each officer, director, shareholder, partner or member who is new to that position since the previous May 1
Request for Criminal History Information form
- a check payable to the Nebraska State Patrol in the amount of $15 per each individual for which a Request for Criminal History Information form has been submitted
- a complete DDS Business License Biographical Questionnaire for each officer, director, shareholder, partner or member who is new to that position since the previous May 1
DDS License Biographical Questionnaire
- a complete DDS Financial Statement (Individual) for each officer, director, shareholder, partner or member who is new to that position since the previous May 1
DDS Individual Financial Statement
- a non-refundable application fee in the amount of $150 for the main office location and $100 for each branch office location made payable to the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance.
Once the application has been determined to be complete and all information has been submitted, the agency will determine whether the license will be renewed or canceled. The applicant will be notified in writing of the department's decision.
